SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver to UK, USA, Canada ,Australia and all over Europe.
Delivery Times & Charges
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail with tracking details provided via email.
We calculate delivery charges based on the item's total weight/quantity of a customer’s order.
Second Class Delivery: 3-5 days £5
First Class Delivery: 1-3 days £7
WE DO NOT OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
If you place an order , please bear in mind the order will be posted the next working day.
For example, an order placed for next day delivery on Monday will be posted on Tuesday.
We DO NOT post on the weekends, bank holidays and national holidays.
Although, unlikely, should you not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us for proof of postage/tracking. We will not be held responsible for any missing/lost parcel. However, proof of delivery can be requested from us in the event of an undelivered parcel. If the parcel has been lost/undelivered you can claim your money back through Royal Mail with the proof of postage receipt.
EXCHANGE REFUND POLICY
We understand that customers may not always receive a product as expected or change their mind after purchasing and item. However, unfortunately, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchange at the moment unless you receive a faulty item with defects. Please take note that this is at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a faulty product back if we believe it is reasonable to do so.
Upon receiving a faulty item please contact us within 24 hours. Any faulty items that we accept, need to be sent back to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Buyer pays return postage.
Please read all details of fabric & sizes carefully before ordering to avoid disappointment as we want to provide our customers with a positive experience ensuring 100% satisfaction.
Design, size and colours may vary slightly. Please take note that colours on camera may seem different in real life, we do not bear responsibility in any such circumstance.
Majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage whilst having a 5%-10% variation possibility. We sell same as advertized, we pay to models to stye our dresses, for a costumer satisfaction we make videos of unworn dress too. From time to time beading/ sequences may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault or damaged but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care.
Please note that all clothing products sold on this website are recommended to be dry-cleaned. We will not be responsible for any claims resulting due to damage caused by washing using another method or claims for variation / and or beading/sequences displacement.
SALE ITEMS

There is a possibility that items on sale are reduced due to any of the following reasons: end of season items/minor marking/slight damage or colour differences. Any discrepancies with a sale item will not be classified as a fault and refund or returns will not be accepted.
PREORDERS
All items which are Pre-order or Costumised to your need are non refundable and cannot be cancelled once order is placed. This is due to the fact that these would not be resellable. The preorders time is estimated as suppliers can take longer time to complete the outfit or shipments can take longer time to arrive.
CANCELLATION
Once an order has been placed, we do not offer any cancellations. All orders are placed with your consent, therefore, we advise you to read all product descriptions, size charts as well as see all the pictures carefully before placing an order.
